Job Function Summary
As the Marketing Manager, Continence Care, you will own the strategic vision and future of the Continence Care Portfolio. You will have the ability to impact thousands of lives across Canada through innovative products and services, in line with Coloplast’s mission to make lives easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.
You will partner with the Chronic Care Market Manager to design and execute both short- and long-term strategies for the Canadian Continence Care portfolio. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, both locally and globally, to deliver projects of diverse scope and complexity. Working closely with the National Sales Manager and Territory Managers, you will accelerate sales performance through creative, impactful, and customer-focused marketing programs and initiatives.
The work arrangement for this position is hybrid.
Marketing Strategy
Lead the strategy and execution of the Annual Business Plan (ABP) for the Continence Care portfolio.
Conduct ongoing product portfolio analyses and recommend strategic and tactical actions in response to market trends and shifts.
Plan and execute product launches and lifecycle strategies that drive business growth and strengthen financial performance.
Promotional Activities
Design and implement marketing programs tailored to key customers to expand the Canadian Continence Care business.
Develop promotional assets and product materials to support launches, campaigns, education, and commercialization.
Sales Collaboration
Partner with the Sales team to ensure marketing strategies are effectively translated into field execution.
Work closely with the National Sales Manager and Territory Managers to identify insights and opportunities that accelerate sales growth.
Serve as the Canadian product expert for Continence Care and deliver product training as needed.
Clinical Engagement
Drive the planning and delivery of medical conferences, symposia, and customer engagement events.
Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across Canada to gather insights and feedback through the Coloplast Continence Advisory Board (CAB).
Develop and implement a national webinar program to engage and educate healthcare professionals (HCPs).

Basic Qualifications
4+ years marketing or related experience
Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences or related field.
Able and willing to travel domestically up to 25% of the time and 1-2 trips internationally per year.
Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to work across functions to prioritize and drive strategic objectives
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (English and French)
Advanced degree (MBA)
Project management certification
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency

Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
