About the role
BLINK.CASH Today, Blink is a spending authorization layer that lets people deposit stablecoins into any app in one tap. Long term, we're building the default consumer interface for moving value between onchain onchain systems. People set up Blink once and use it everywhere they go. Apps that integrate Blink see people deposit again more often than they would with a normal deposit address. We're backed by angel investors from Coinbase, PayPal, LayerZero, Nascent, Social Graph Ventures, and Monad. Right now its three founders – previously at Circle, LayerZero, and Octav – and no employees. ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring our first in-house product designer, someone who becomes the core of our design team as we grow. You'd be joining day one, with real traction already in the market and most of the product still ahead of you to build. You'll work closely with us day to day, with competitive salary, meaningful equity, and you'd be employee number one. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the entire user experience, from onboarding, repeat user flows, and the core moments that make people trust a payments product. Work closely with engineering day to day. You'll be in the room when decisions get made, not reviewing them after, and we'll look to you to make thoughtful choices. Take the design system to the next level: components, patterns, all of it. Talk to our users directly. What you learn shapes what we build next.
ABOUT YOU
You've worked somewhere with real standards, places like Wealthsimple, Robinhood, or Coinbase, that pushed your craft and gave you real ownership instead of just process. Now you're waiting for the right moment to build something from the ground up. You have sharp consumer instincts and a good read on fintech. You know what makes someone trust a financial product enough to try it. You understand blockchain and stablecoins, or you're genuinely curious enough to go deep fast. Payment flow experience is a bonus. You actually believe stablecoins change how money moves, and you want to build the product that gets people using them without thinking about it. You've shipped solo before and know what done looks like without someone checking your work.
