##What You'll Do:
- Accountable for providing engineering functions and project support to maintaining and upgrading Mill facilities, equipment and processes
- Involved in mechanical design, equipment selection, regulatory compliance, project management, contractor management and other assigned duties
- Responsible for development and documentation of improved maintenance activity efficiency and effectiveness, and part of Continuous Improvement team
- Responsible for providing engineering support for maintenance/reliability work orders and support for internal projects
- Review engineering and maintenance specifications and propose design modifications to improve equipment and process reliability
- Responsible for management of reliability documents and processes for sustainability, standardization and maintenance of master data
##What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or related maintenance engineering discipline
- Eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer or Engineer-in-Training with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan
- All ranges of experience will be considered; 2-4 years' experience in a reliability/maintenance engineering team based environment is preferred
- Experience, knowledge and understanding of basic maintenance principles, PMs, PdMs, BoMs, ODR, etc.
- MMP or CMRP would be considered an asset
- Experience with Oracle or other Maintenance Management systems would be considered an asset
- Related experience in potash or industrial setting is considered a strong asset
- Demonstrated positive safety behavior and safety leadership; a high level of commitment to creating a safe working environment
- Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills are essential. Ability to effectively communicate in a professional setting with a diverse group
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, make decisions, and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Effective troubleshooting skills - analytical, critical thinking and problem solving
