Description sommaire du poste proposé
Afin de combler les besoins de ses clients dans le secteur des TI, FOP Consultants est à la recherche de consultants analystes en planification et contrôle de projet (PCO) motivés à la réalisation de mandats. Les principales missions seraient de soutenir les chargés de projet dans le suivi et le contrôle des projets, produire des tableaux de bord et indicateurs de performance, assurer la qualité des livrables et accompagner l’utilisation des outils de gestion de projets.
Description spécifique des responsabilités
Sans s’y limiter, les principales responsabilités du poste sont les suivantes :
Assurer le suivi et le contrôle des projets opérationnels ou de faible à moyenne complexité. Soutenir les chargés de projet dans la planification, la coordination et la gestion des activités. Produire des tableaux de bord, suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et assurer le contrôle qualité des livrables de gestion. Accompagner les équipes dans l’utilisation des outils de gestion de projets et assurer le suivi logistique des activités.
Description du profil recherché
Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en informatique, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe; 6 (six) à 10 (dix) années d'expérience en planification et contrôle de projets ou programmes ou portefeuilles en projets de TI; Avoir réalisé au moins deux mandats d’une durée minimale de deux ans chacun impliquant l’utilisation d’outils de planification et de gestion de projets tels que MS Project Online ou Microsoft Portfolio Management; 3 (trois) à 7 (sept) années d'expérience avec l'outil Power BI; Expérience dans les secteurs public ou parapublic québécois; Excellente maîtrise de la suite MS Office; Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et en rédaction, en français et en anglais.

Brief description of the position
In order to meet the needs of its clients in the IT sector, FOP Consultants is seeking Project Planning and Control Analysts (PCO) consultants to support the successful delivery of mandates. The main responsibilities will include supporting project managers in project monitoring and control, producing dashboards and performance indicators, ensuring the quality of management deliverables, and supporting the use of project management tools.
Main responsibilities
Without limitation, the main tasks involve:
Ensure the monitoring and control of operational projects or projects of low to medium complexity. Support project managers in planning, coordinating, and managing project activities. Produce dashboards, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure quality control of management deliverables. Support teams in the use of project management tools and ensure the logistical follow-up of project activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field. 6 (six) to 10 (ten) years of experience in project, program, or portfolio planning and control within IT projects. Have completed at least 2 (two) mandates of a minimum duration of two years each involving the use of project planning and management tools such as MS Project Online or Microsoft Portfolio Management. 3 (three) to 7 (seven) years of experience using Power BI. Experience working within Quebec’s public or parapublic sectors. Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
