Salary:
FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
What You’ll Do:
Drive Efficiency, Collaboration, and Innovation! As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of operations, ensuring that materials flow seamlessly to meet customer and FUCHS expectations. This is more than just a coordination role—it’s an opportunity to make a real impact through strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include:
- Be the Link Between Demand and Supply: Manage purchase orders for raw materials and finished goods, en-suring timely and accurate fulfillment from suppliers and FUCHS subsidiaries.
- Optimize Inventory: Monitor and adjust stocking positions using historical and forecast data to keep inventory aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with procurement, production, and sales to maintain optimal inventory levels and support business goals.
- Champion Compliance: Maintain supplier documentation and ensure regulatory standards are met (ISO Certifi-cates, CUSMAs, etc.).
- Support Strategic Purchasing: Assist with indirect purchasing for Canadian operations and manage Trading At Settlement (TAS) orders from placement to delivery.
- Drive Performance: Monitor supplier KPIs and foster strong operational relationships to enhance supply chain ef-ficiency.
- Lead Continuous Improvement: Be a key stakeholder in the order-to-cash process, contributing ideas and solu-tions to streamline operations.
What You Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related supply chain field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in procurement, planning, inventory, or supply chain roles.
- Advanced Excel skills and a knack for data analysis.
- A collaborative spirit and a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- ERP experience (SAP preferred).
- Experience in the chemical industry is a plus!
