About This Location: Our Home Office is located in the heart of Bloor West Village in Toronto, just steps away from Jane Subway station. This position is a hybrid role where your time will be spent in office and working from home, based on operational requirements.

This is a current vacancy and we are actively seeking to fill the position. About This Role Under the supervision of the Director of Business Operations and following Company policies and procedures, the Business Operations Coordinator coordinates operational tasks and projects in support of the goals of the Business Operations Centre of Excellence.
Key Qualifications And Demonstrated Abilities
- Post-secondary education in an administrative or business-related discipline.
- Minimum of five years of related experience
- Excellent knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines with a minimum amount of supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrate discretion and diplomacy in handling corporate matters with integrity and transparency.
- Resourceful, innovative and proactive with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
- Provide cross-functional administrative support and implement process improvements that simplifies workflows and supports team effectiveness.
- Assist with operational duties and projects as assigned by the Director, Business Operations or the Chief Operating Officer and Vice-President, Operations.
- Prepare, complete and coordinate corporate applications, forms, and filings, including, but not limited to, liquor license applications, trademark and business name filings/renewals, and annual federal and provincial filings.
- Update, maintain and organize corporate record and contract databases, and property registers. Track and communicate renewal dates.
- Coordinate document approvals, both in-person and electronically.
- Collaborate with teams to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Assists with maintaining and updating operational processes and documentation.
- Take ownership of additional tasks and evolving projects, adapting to business needs as required.
- Oversee expense coding and invoice submission.
- Oversee the accurate preparation, review, and timely distribution of corporate documentation.
- Provide support for meetings and events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
