Woodstock Toyota is seeking a well-rounded and energetic individual to lead our Service Department. Customer satisfaction is a top priority while retaining staff and ensuring profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Highly proficient in Customer Satisfaction
- Knowledge of Automotive systems and technical acumen
- Strong people management skills
- Highly organized, detail oriented
- Lead, motivate, coach, train, discipline and direct team members in both Service
- Able to interpret and forecast financial reports
- Knowledge of parts and labor pricing procedures for Customer Pay, Internal and Warranty
- Leadership skills, including educating and organizing
- Ability to greet customers with courtesy and manage distressed customers
- Ability to influence, negotiate and resolve concerns effectively
- Knowledge of manufacturer and aftermarket warranty coverage and claims
- Able to develop and follow action plans for department profitability
- Facilities maintenance
- Ability to cover parts when needed
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience an asset, but not required.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
Bonus: Performance bonus – (potential $100,000 annual income)

- Monday to Friday, Occasional Saturday shift, if required.
Experience:
- Customer Service: 5 years minimum (Required)
- Service management: 5 years (preferred)
- Parts Management: 5 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Class G License (required)
