JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Admixture and Batch Operator to join our team! In this role, you’ll be part of a fast-paced production environment, operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and helping ensure our products meet the highest levels of performance.

THE DAY TO DAY
- Operate batching system according to approved mix designs
- Accurately weigh and hand-add required materials into mixer (bags, fibers, additives)
- Follow batch sequence and timing to ensure consistent mix quality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Watch for contamination, incorrect materials or batching errors
- Work closely with the floor supervisor to prioritize daily production needs.
- Clean mixers and hand add platform between product runs.
- Partner with maintenance to ensure equipment stays in good working condition.
- Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- Safety-conscious and dependable team player.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Physically capable of standing, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting is an asset but not required — we provide training!
