Our aluminum fabrication shop is seeking a dedicated Journeyman welder to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, reliability, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Perform GTAW (TIG) and GMAW (MIG) welding on aluminum components Assist with fabrication and mechanical tasks as required Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals Requirements: Must be proficient in Aluminum TIG and MIG welding Strong fabrication and mechanical aptitude Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs (23 kg) Valid driver’s license Fluent in English with solid oral and written communication skills Must provide own steel-toed boots and welding helmet We offer competitive pay, steady hours, and the opportunity to grow with a skilled team.
