Responsibilities -

• Greet patients on their first visit, identify their needs, answer questions and explain available options.

• Assist the physician and nurse during procedures, review patient needs, prepare instruments and provide support to patients before, during and after treatment.

• Maintain accurate clinical notes in the client's file.

• Prepare and clean treatment rooms, maintains laundry, inventory products and ensure that all required equipment is available.

• Review daily diary, manage appointments and delays, keeping patients informed.

• Return calls daily, answer patients' questions and follow up on assessments or treatments.

• Act as a resource for other technicians.

Qualifications -

• Knowledge and interest in aesthetics, cosmetics, and aesthetic medicine;
• Good interpersonal and sales skills;
• Willingness to learn continuously;
• Sales sense while maintaining a human approach;
• Empathy and emotional connection;
• Attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Computer skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• A versatile, dynamic person capable of adapting to various personalities;
