Job Overview

Erikson Consumer is seeking a dynamic and detail-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to support multiple brands distributed by the business. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and increase sales across various markets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances autonomy with teamwork, and brings both creativity and analytical thinking to every project.

What you will do

Digital & E-Commerce Write, edit, and proofread web content while ensuring brand consistency in tone, messaging, and style Optimize website content for SEO and AI-driven search environments Leverage AI tools to support content creation, keyword research, and campaign optimization Manage and create product listings on retail platforms, coordinating with internal teams Conduct keyword research and continuously refine SEO strategies using analytics and AI insights Analyze web performance and consumer behavior using analytics tools and AI-powered reporting Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights to improve campaigns Content & Social Media Lead and execute social media initiatives to grow engagement and brand awareness Use AI tools to generate content ideas, optimize posting schedules, and improve audience targeting Create and source digital content, including graphics and visuals Support press and media outreach initiatives Brand & Product Marketing Assist in new brand and product launches Support the development of Point-of-Purchase (POP) displays from concept through execution and post-installation Contribute to special marketing projects as needed What we are looking for: Experience & Skills Proven experience in e-commerce management Strong understanding of SEO and keyword optimization Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an asset Personal Attributes Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities Self-motivated with a strong passion for marketing Creative thinker who isn’t afraid to push boundaries Collaborative team player with a positive attitude Bilingual (English & French), written and spoken If you’re creative, confident, charismatic, and ready to make an impact, we want to meet you.
