Job Description:
Provide technical support to product groups while maintaining a strong focus on IT security requirements. Act as SPOC for security requirements, ensuring timely remediation and contributing to a secure profile for the platform. This position requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a basic understanding of project management principles.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of ITS and Enterprise protect projects.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting risks and impediments.
- Manage project documentation and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Contribute to the development of process improvements.
- Provide excellent service to all platform colleagues, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Effectively communicate project requirements to technical and non-technical users.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to resolve risks and impediments.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on requests.
- Maintain a strong understanding of IT security domains and policies.
- Assist in education, implementation, and enforcement of security requirements.
- Participate in security audits and vulnerability assessments.

- Technologies: Scheduling tools (ex. Autosys, CA7); Bitbucket / Git; Observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace); OS - Windows/Unix; File transfer technologies (ex. TIBCO); Cloud platforms (ex. Azure); SSO Services (ex. PingFed); Public/Private key certificates; IT Network
- Collaboration tools: Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Jira
- ITSM: Change Management, Access Management, Incident management, Project/Program Management, Stakeholder management, Task Management, IT Security, Process improvements.
- Fundamentals: Agile / TDSA; Communication; Critical Thinking; Hands-on Data Analysis; Engineering Mindset; Requirement gathering; Root Cause Analysis; SDLC
- Solid understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
