Molding Line Attendant
About the role

About The Role This position is responsible for all phases of transforming raw material in finished products on the Molding line. The Molding Line Attendant ensures food and employee safety in their daily routine.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and adjust chocolate tempering machines using PLC controls, checking temperatures and settings for the depositor and cooling tunnel.
- Control and adjust conveyor speed, as well as product shape and weight according to program specifications.
- Identify production codes on products and collect samples for the Quality department.
- Perform SAP data entries and document critical control points (CCP).
- Conduct basic and preventive maintenance, reporting necessary improvements to the Supervisor or maintenance team.
- Handle materials on the production line and ensure cleanliness according to the sanitation schedule.
- Perform and document HACCP, Quality, and Safety checks.
- Communicate with the incoming Molding Line Attendant to ensure a smooth shift transition and regularly update the Lead Hand and Shift Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with all food and employee safety policies and procedures.
About You
- High school diploma.
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Hoist Operator training, Lift Truck Certificate
- Must be able to freely move around the entire facility.
- Must be able to lift 55lbs.
- Ability to work in and be exposed to heat.
- Must be able to climb stairs.
Compensation: Hourly Rate: $26.467
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
