Hybrid Work / Life Balance= 2 days/week in Office (1 day in our Surrey office and 1 day in our Vancouver office ) *Huge preference for someone living in the Surrey, Langley, B.C. areas

Permanent Salary & Bonus potential

  • $65,000-$70,000/year
  • Bonus: Expected during your first 8-12 months= $10,000K-$25,000K+, 24-36 months= $75,000K-$100,000K+

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects in need of Randstad’s workforce services & solutions- temporary, temporary to hire and permanent roles (70% of the day)
  • Main POC- build strong relationships with hiring managers
  • Create partnerships through various channels of communication with key decision-makers
  • Execute the activities that will gain results (lots of phone calls, emails, virtual and on-site client meetings)
  • Listen to diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a client’s potential
  • Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
  • Coach, handle candidate issues/concerns (payroll, terminations etc), and retain talent
  • Offer innovative and creative employment solutions
  • Effectively source, recruit, interview, and select candidates (30% of the day)
  • This is NOT an Account Manager role

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+years of proven Finance & Accounting staffing industry experience OR Accounting/Consulting services sales experience OR Staffing industry sales experience outside of F&A
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred but not required)Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the past
  • Technically competency and the ability to connect with others
  • Track record of delivering results in a sales metrics-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, self driven and the desire to do an exceptional job
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Possess a natural curiosity and relentless determination to make things happen - you like to WIN!
