What You'll Be Doing:
- Answer telephones and complete passenger bookings in a timely and effective manner.
- Rearrange, cancel, add and cap flights as well as move passengers within computer system and notify the appropriate company personnel and passengers.
- Perform data verification of medical warrants in the Skyline program and in accordance with Health Canada requirements.
- Provide effective and efficient problem solving of issues arising with passengers and/or their flights.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and liaise with other company departments.

What You'll Need:
- High school diploma
- 2 - 3 years' experience in reservation, sales (or marketing department); call centre; or another relevant role.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered
- Dene speaking would be considered an asset.
