NOW HIRING: Financial Services Manager
LOCATION: Centennial Mazda, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island
HOURS: Full time, permanent. Monday - Saturday, 40-45 hours per week
WAGES: $60,000-$85,000+ per year (commission based) + benefits

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Helping customers secure financing and leasing solutions that fit their needs
- Working with lending partners to obtain approvals and funding
- Presenting warranty, insurance, and protection products in a consultative and customer-focused manner
- Preparing and reviewing finance and sales documentation accurately and confidentially
- Ensuring finance processes meet legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with the sales team to create a seamless customer experience
- Providing ongoing support throughout the sales and delivery process
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Ability to confidently present financing and protection options
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Previous experience in automotive finance, lending, sales, or customer service is considered an asset, but training will be provided to the right candidate
