We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person to provide administrative support to the Executive Director and leadership team of Digital Strategy and Product for CBC. You will be working in an ever-changing, fast paced environment where the ability to be flexible, juggle priorities and be extremely organized is a must.
This is a hybrid role and you will be required to be in the office a minimum of two days a week.
Your responsibilities would include:

Coordinate key department onsite events like in-office work days including logistics, facilities, equipment, attendance.

Manage and coordinate all departmental communications both internal and external including regular department updates, key dates and reminders.

Office space management including floor design, desk and boardroom equipment planning and maintenance, supplies and regular maintenance.

Develop and maintain a key leadership documents repository in Confluence.

Plan, organize and coordinate all work related to the day to day administration of the Executive Director including calendar administration.

Organizes the time according to priorities and schedules and ensures that the Executive Director has necessary background material and is properly briefed prior to appointments and meetings.

Coordinating Leadership team calendars (Up to 7); following up on key deadlines, setting up ad hoc leadership meetings within leadership team or with other departments.

Travel expense and approval administration for executive team and department events.

Investigates and resolves problems related to departmental administrative matters.

Work with confidential and sensitive information.

Workday SME point of contact for leadership team and back up for other office administrator.

Establish and maintain good working relationships with various senior CBC/Radio-Canada managers, departments and external contacts.
Qualifications:
What you bring:
- University education or equivalent, as well as 5+ years administrative experience at the Executive level
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Superior knowledge of and experience with computer applications; specifically Google Workspace, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP and Workday is an asset
- General knowledge of CBC/Radio-Canada
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Sound judgment and initiative
- Strong ability to handle multiple priorities, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
- Requires the ability to comprehend and act on complex and sensitive matters
- Must be able to act independently
- Professional tact and diplomacy are essential
- Must be able to work flexible hours
- Interest for digital media and software development is an asset
