Position
Under the supervision of the Location Manager, the incumbent of this position is responsible for performing inspections of defective products, product installations, and product demonstrations for customers. The salary offered for this position ranges from $72,800.00 to $93,600.00 annually.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites to install new equipment or modify existing equipment to ensure proper operation;
- Conduct equipment demonstrations for customer staff and serve as a resource for answering future equipment-related questions;
- Inspect defective or damaged products to determine the nature and extent of the problem;
- Analyze the results of examinations and inspections to determine the source of the problem and recommend appropriate corrective measures;
- Coordinate problem resolution with the support of engineering, customer service, and other departments to expedite repairs using cameras and video equipment.
Qualifications

Possess heavy equipment technician certification;

Be on the lookout for technological innovations and demonstrate skills in synthesis, analysis, and problem solving;

Know how to apply your knowledge in the performance of your duties;

Have knowledge of and be comfortable using computers.
