Under the direction of the Branch Manager, the Operations Manager is responsible for supervising our rental fleet servicing program, facilities management, offsite and onsite construction works, and third-party contractor management.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operations are executed safely, efficiently, profitably, and in accordance with provincial, ATCO and customer-specific HSE, OH&S and QA policies and procedures
- Initiate and conduct all Health and Safety QA and toolbox meetings.
- Conduct safety inspections and observations.
- Support the estimating process for all site work, retrofitting, and service work.
- Provide customer support and service call coordination for any issues.
- Accountable for maintaining modular building fleet and yards, including remote locations; servicing, inspections, chargebacks, winterization, repairs, maintenance, and modifications, etc. as pertains to the rental fleet.
- Ensure projects and service work are executed safely, efficiently, and within budget.
- Responsible for client site installation and construction support, and dispatching.
- Understand client site(s) nuances, restrictions, and project management plan.
- Liaise with Contract Administration on service chargebacks and contract billing.
Job Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education, from a recognized accredited institution, in a related field is preferred, not mandatory.
- 5+ years of working experience in equipment servicing, construction, or a project-based role, including budgetary responsibilities.
- Experience leading Health and Safety initiatives
- Exceptional maintenance and operational project management.
- Knowledge of building codes, particularly building code that applies to relocatable structures across Saskatchewan region.
- Experience executing construction projects, preferably in Saskatchewan.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to solve complex challenges.
- Experience with Oracle is considered an asset.
