About the Team & Impact Join a provincial digital services team supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure. You will ensure secure, high-performing network services across on-prem and cloud environments, working closely with managed service providers.
Responsibilitie s- Administer and support LAN/WAN/data centre network operation s- Monitor performance and proactively resolve network issue s- Support Azure hybrid networking and ExpressRoute connectivit y- Coordinate with MSPs to validate work and ensure SLA complianc e- Implement firewall changes and maintain network security postur e- Manage wireless infrastructure (Aruba/HPE) for enterprise environment s- Support infrastructure lifecycle upgrades (switches, routers, Wi-Fi )- Troubleshoot using packet capture and monitoring tool s- Maintain documentation, diagrams, and operational runbook s- Participate in change management and governance processe
