Overview
The IT Manager is responsible for the performance, reliability, and scalability of MindBridge’s internal IT environment. Reporting to the CISO, this role oversees hybrid infrastructure (on-premises and Azure), Microsoft 365 services, identity platforms, endpoint management, and end-user technology operations.
While security standards are governed at the enterprise level, the IT Manager ensures operational systems are properly configured, well-managed, and aligned with corporate policies. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical depth, structured operational discipline, and the ability to scale IT services in a growing technology organization.
What You Will Do
Infrastructure & Platform Management
- Manage hybrid infrastructure including on-premises servers, virtualization platforms, networking, storage, and Azure resources.
- Oversee system availability, patching, performance monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Maintain backup and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Ensure core business systems operate reliably and efficiently.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and operational standards.
Microsoft 365 Administration
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including:
- Exchange Online
- Teams
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive
- Manage tenant configuration, licensing, and service optimization.
- Improve collaboration tooling effectiveness and user experience.
- Monitor platform health and resolve escalated issues.
Identity & Access Management (Entra ID)
- Manage Entra ID including user lifecycle processes (joiner/mover/leaver).
- Maintain role-based access structures and group governance.
- Support SSO integrations across enterprise SaaS applications.
- Ensure identity data remains accurate and aligned with organizational structure.
Messaging & Communication Systems
- Administer Exchange Online, including mail flow configuration and policy management.
- Maintain email authentication standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Oversee distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and retention configurations.
Endpoint & Device Management
- Manage endpoint provisioning and lifecycle.
- Administer Intune or equivalent device management platform.
- Standardize configurations across corporate devices.
- Support remote and hybrid workforce technology needs.
IT Service Delivery
- Lead IT support operations and escalation processes.
- Define and track SLAs and operational KPIs.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support when required.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Vendor & Asset Management
- Manage IT vendors and service providers.
- Oversee hardware and software asset lifecycle planning.
- Support IT budgeting and cost management.
What You Bring to the Role
- 7+ years of progressive IT experience.
- 3+ years in a senior technical or IT leadership role. -Strong experience managing hybrid environments (on-prem + Azure). Note: this role requires an onsite work arrangement.
- Hands-on administration experience with:
- Microsoft 365
- Entra ID
- Exchange Online
- Azure infrastructure
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper-V).
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Demonstrated ability to document and standardize IT processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, SC-300).
- Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology organization.
- Experience with automation using PowerShell or Azure Automation.
- Familiarity working within regulated or audit-driven environments.

Pay Range
The expected base salary range for this position is to $110,000 to $130,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills, experience and competencies, and unique qualifications.
