Job Description Manufacturing Process Operator At Teledyne MEMS, part of Teledyne Digital Imaging, Inc., we’re shaping the future of precision manufacturing. Our Edmonton facility produces advanced microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) that power innovations in aerospace, medical devices, and industrial applications. What You’ll Do

  • Operate and monitor production equipment to meet quality and safety standards.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and maintain accurate production records.
  • Perform routine equipment setups, calibrations, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Inspect parts for accuracy and quality compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to contamination protocols.
  • Support continuous improvement projects and share ideas for efficiency.
  • Communicate issues affecting safety, quality, or delivery to supervisors.
  • Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.

What You Need

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions – required.
  • Good manual dexterity and comfort working with small components – required.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and wear PPE – required.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry – required.
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience – advantage.
  • Knowledge of quality control processes – advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent – required.
