Position Summary

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Program Coordinator to support the successful delivery of OD programs that advance learning, leadership, and professional development across our institution. This role is central to ensuring program logistics run smoothly and participants have a positive, impactful experience.

The Program Coordinator will work closely with OD consultants, leaders, staff, and external partners to manage day-to-day program operations, including scheduling, registration, communications, budgeting, evaluation and reporting. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys building relationships, balancing multiple priorities, and contributing to initiatives that make a lasting difference in our community.

Duties

  • Coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs, workshops, and events.
  • Manage participant registration, communications, and follow-up, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support, including scheduling, room/venue booking, materials preparation, and catering.
  • Monitor program budgets, track expenses, and process payments.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, reports, and records.
  • Collaborate with team members, facilitators, and community partners to ensure program quality and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support continuous improvement by gathering feedback, analyzing outcomes, and recommending enhancements.

Qualifications

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, education, human resources) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in program, event, or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Experience with learning platforms or event management systems is an asset.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
