Having grown revenue 6x YoY for the past two years, Feathery is rapidly expanding across financial services—and beyond.
About The Role We're looking for a rockstar backend engineer to own large parts of the architecture and critical features of the product. We put innovation first, which means you'll drive cutting-edge features that customers are eagerly waiting for.
Beyond your technical work, you'll gain leadership responsibilities early on as we grow the team and close customers. You'll be involved in scaling the product, the team, and the entire company.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end features and drive development decisions to create a robust, scalable, and easy-to-use platform. For example, you'll be working on our latest AI features and visual editor.
- Improve the reliability of our engineering systems, like our real-time system that synchronizes user edits.
- Work closely with our users to deliver a fantastic product experience.
- Experience in open source or with our technology stack is a plus. We build on AWS, with a Django backend, RDS Aurora database, and React frontend.
