Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter role based in Edmonton, AB. The Carpenter will perform a range of tasks including forming structures, and assisting with concrete-related formwork as needed. Daily responsibilities include measuring and cutting materials, assembling formwork, and using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized work area, following all safety procedures, collaborating with crew members, and supporting other construction activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Carpentry skills, including experience with commercial concrete Candidates should possess proficiency with Hand Tools such as hammers, levels, measuring tapes, and saws. Candidates should possess proficiency with Power Tools including drills, saws, nail guns, and related equipment. Knowledge of construction safety practices and ability to follow company safety policies. Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction drawings is an asset. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting materials, standing, and working outdoors in varying conditions. Previous experience in concrete or general construction and possession of a valid driver’s license are considered beneficial.
