Hardscape Crew Leader - Starting $20-30 per hour based on experience Ricupero Inc. - Verona, PA Job Summary: Ricupero Inc. is looking to hire a skilled individual who understand extensive knowledge in the construction field. This individual must have at least 8 years of experience in the construction and hardscape industry. This is a leadership position that must have the ability to run a crew of 2-4 individuals as well as communicate effectively to the project manager of project status. Projects include building retaining walls, dry lay patios, prep, form, and pour concrete, installing CMU block, and stone veneer Qualifications and Skills:  Must have 8 years of industry experience  Knowledge of hardscape / masonry techniques and practices  Supervisory experience is required  Strong conflict resolution skills  Clean and valid driver’s license  Must be able to obtain a medical card  Must be able to read a blueprint to scale  4 years experience pulling a trailer with skid steer / excavator  Experience working in all weather conditions  Ensures company production standards are met  Able to work with minimal supervision from supervisor, but knows when to ask for assistance  Able to work both alone and in small teams  Must be able to report to work on time daily  Must have reliable transportation  Must be able to lift 80 lbs  Excellent communication skills Responsibilities and Duties:  Ensure daily safety inspections of equipment, vehicles, and job site  Able to follow a blue print and drawings to scale  Communicate with supervisors and make recommendations on job status, personnel issues, or client concerns  Able to operate a transit, shoot grades and grade sites  Ability to understand projected job hours and come in within the expected range  Able to operate company equipment: skid steer, mini – excavators, chop saws, etc.  Maintains a clean and safe work environment, including work site and equipment.  Able to fill out and process all necessary job paperwork and time sheets Job Type : Full Time Benefits:  401K after 12 calendar months  Health benefits after 3 months, paid 50%  5 Paid Holidays  Paid Vacation after 1 calendar year  Family owned and operated company  Typical 5 – 10-hour work days with rotating Saturdays as needed  No required rotating Saturdays from July 4 th – Labor Day
