Customer Service Rep (CCA) (Full Time) - Saint John, NB Medigas is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative. This is a permanent, full-time position located in Saint John, NB.
The person in this position is responsible for coordinating telephone calls and providing administrative support to the office. This includes receiving and processing customer orders by telephone with or without appointment. Handle product inquiries and questions as well as store sales.
The successful candidate will help support the team in achieving a targeted sales budget. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2 years of customer service experience with a proven ability to manage relationships with existing and new customers is an asset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Computer skills an asset
- Commitment to safety is essential
- Must have proven ability to manage relationships with existing and new customers as well as maintain knowledge of growth and development areas of home care sales
