Description The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial analysis and support to various business units. This role involves preparing and analyzing financial reports, developing budgets, and forecasting operational and financial performance. The individual will work closely with senior management to provide insights and recommendations that drive business decisions.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
- Serve as a key business partner to senior management, providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze data and convey stories concisely
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance financial reporting capabilities.
- Learn and leverage key financial models in Vena; maintain and improve established models and find areas for improvement and automation
- Facilitate budget and forecasting process for key stakeholders; provide stakeholders with data and insights to make the best decisions
- Other duties, as assigned

5+ years’ experience working in Finance

Strong communication skills, comfortable collaborating with senior leadership and works effectively cross-functionally in a team environment

You are an Excel wizard and are proficient in financial modeling.

Experience working in various CRMs, ERPs, has a good understanding in SaaS business.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

Has sound planning, forecasting, financial modeling and technical skills; able to drive operational excellence
