Skillset: 8+ years of software testing experience Expert level knowledge in Sterling OMS Job Description: Quality Assurance: Lead and manage QA activities across OMS projects and releases. Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and testing methodologies. Mentor and guide QA engineers to achieve project quality goals. Automation & Tools Drive test automation initiatives using tools such as Selenium, Java, restAssured or similar. Review automation framework design and maintenance. Integrate testing activities within CI/CD pipelines. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Operations teams. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Reporting: Monitor QA KPI’s
