To support our strong growth, we are looking for a Senior Technical Publications Specialist.
Poste
Under the responsibility of the TECHPUB/SLI group manager, your mission will be to work in technical writing on various topics (maintenance, operations, training, procedures) and across a range of sectors (railway, aeronautics, defense, energy)
Your main missions :
- Coordinate task distribution among junior engineers and review deliverables as the technical reference point.
- Produce various types of technical documentation (operation, maintenance, installation manuals, etc.).
- Build trusted client and partner relationships while promoting LGM’s expertise.
- Ensure the process of technical writings content.
- Participate in the improvement of practices and tools.
Profil
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technical writing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in railway technical documentation or another complex industrial sector.
- Experience in team management (technical coordination, project management).
- Client-oriented: listen, understand, clarify, and recommend suitable solutions and expertise.
- Personal qualities: active listening, leadership, dynamism, organization, efficiency.
