As an international "Tier 1" partner of the world's major aircraft manufacturers (Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Dassault, Embraer, Lockheed Martin…), Latecoere serves aerospace with innovative solutions for a sustainable world. The Group is active in all segments of the aerospace industry (commercial, regional, business and military aircraft), in two areas of activity: Aerostructures and Interconnection Systems. The Group employs over 5,000 people in 15 countries. In November 2022, Latecoere completed the acquisition of Canadian-domiciled Avcorp Industries, becoming Latecoere’s Aerostructures Canadian unit. QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER FUNCTIONS
Work with production team to ensure delivery of compliant product on-time and on-budget. Participate and drive closure of non-conformances through the MRB (material review board) process. Identify when RCA’s (root cause analysis) are needed and participate in the successful implementation of corrective actions. Communicate with customers or suppliers. Maintain accurate and complete records in customer documentation portals. Provide technical direction to Quality inspectors and Quality technicians.’ Present to management on various quality related performance metrics such as: rework, scrap, escapes, SNAGs, NCR's.
