About the role

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations and provide vital administrative support. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization by maintaining accurate records, supporting field operations, and assisting with internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process field purchase order requests and generate purchase orders in the ERP system, ensuring timely tracking and follow-up.
  • Conduct audits of work orders, resolve billing discrepancies, and accurately file Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, monthly reports, and internal databases.
  • Manage incoming communications, including calls, emails, and messages, with professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Order and track office supplies.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date files and documentation (both digital and physical).
  • Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role.

  • Primarily office-based environment.
