The Wood Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Glass Technician Installer to install, repair, and replace windshields, side glass, rear glass and mirrors at the All Makes Collision Centre.

About the role:
As an auto glass technician, you will be required to perform a wide range of tasks. Key duties include taking preliminary photos and documenting the vehicle's condition before beginning work. You will be responsible for the safe and precise removal and installation of glass, which includes disassembling and reassembling various vehicle components such as trim, moldings, and cowls. The position also involves prepping glass and vehicle bodies, accurately laying seals, performing ADAS calibrations as well as rock chip repairs. A crucial part of the job is diagnosing and resolving any customer concerns and assisting the collision shop by removing and reinstalling glass as needed. Finally, you will be entrusted with the safe transportation of customer vehicles to and from dealerships.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a auto glass technician
- Excellent written communication
- Excellent oral communication
- Team player
- Accuracy
- Attention to detail
