Position Overview
Country Hills Volkswagen is currently looking to fill a position of a Floor Manager.
The Floor Manager will be responsible for assisting the Sales Management team in overseeing daily showroom operations, supporting the sales team on the floor, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. He/she will act as a liaison between customers, sales consultants, and management, assisting with deal structure, desking, and closing transactions. The Floor Manager will also support the training and development of the sales team while ensuring dealership processes and policies are followed.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Assists daily with the sales management team to ensure sales staff are recruited, coached and trained with a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities. Best practices are discussed and training programs implemented that focus on the steps of the sales process, product knowledge including frequent lot walks, as well as competitive activity. Ensures appropriate communication is maintained with each employee including daily one-on-one meetings, and annual performance reviews.

Responsible for the sale or lease of new or pre-owned vehicles on standards of gross profit, volume and the satisfaction of customers. Achieve sales targets by ensuring all processes and sales procedures are followed every time. Must be actively involved in every stage of the sale process from start to delivery.

Maintain current product knowledge including own brands and competitive models. Attends and actively participates in meeting and training courses. Conducts lot walks at least twice a week to ensure up-to-date general inventory knowledge.

Assists with processes and procedures to ensure they are being followed within the Sales department through monitoring One-Eighty for maximum productivity.

Assists with best CSI practices and monitors the CSI levels within the dealership and the ranking of the dealership from a national perspective. Responsible for handling difficult customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Tracking, compiling and analyzing specific performance data for senior managers, as requested.
Qualifications Required
-
Must bring a minimum of 3+ years of related automotive sales experience

Computer literate with an ability to learn new programs such as; Reynolds and Reynolds
-
Must be a team leader with excellent communication skills and a comfort with recruiting, building a dynamic, driven team, employee discussions, coaching and training.

Must be able to multi-task and delegate when appropriate.

Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract and AMVIC license
