About the role

To support our strong growth, we are looking for a Senior Technical Publications Specialist .

Under the responsibility of the TECHPUB/SLI group manager, your mission will be to work in technical writing on various topics (maintenance, operations, training, procedures) and across a range of sectors (railway, aeronautics, defense, energy)

Your Main Missions

  • Coordinate task distribution among junior engineers and review deliverables as the technical reference point.
  • Produce various types of technical documentation (operation, maintenance, installation manuals, etc.).
  • Build trusted client and partner relationships while promoting LGM’s expertise.
  • Ensure the process of technical writings content.
  • Participate in the improvement of practices and tools.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in railway technical documentation or another complex industrial sector.
  • Experience in team management (technical coordination, project management).
  • Client-oriented: listen, understand, clarify, and recommend suitable solutions and expertise.
  • Personal qualities: active listening, leadership, dynamism, organization, efficiency.
