Under the supervision of the BIM Director, the BIM Manager plays a key role in supporting and training teams in the use of BIM tools and methodologies. The manager also oversees BIM Coordinators under their responsibility. They will be responsible for structuring and addressing BIM needs for bidding projects, as well as implementing, launching, and monitoring BIM tools on construction sites. The BIM Manager will also be expected to propose solutions to project-related issues. This position requires a full-time presence on-site.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of BIM applications and experience in BIM project coordination
  • Understanding and optimization of BIM workflows
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Revit, and Navisworks
  • Interest in innovation and continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
  • Proven experience in BIM project and team management and coordination
