Hands-on experience reviewing Avionics Equipment Qualification Documentation Experience working with an Aircraft OEM or major aerospace organization Strong knowledge of: Qualification Test Plans (QTP) Qualification Test Reports (QTR) Test Procedures Test Cases Test Results Acceptance Criteria Experience validating qualification documentation against system requirements and verification objectives Strong knowledge of DO-160 and aerospace equipment qualification processes Ability to identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, anomalies, and non-conformities Experience supporting qualification reviews such as TRR (Test Readiness Review) and QR (Qualification Review) Strong technical review, documentation, supplier coordination, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Review avionics qualification plans, reports, procedures, test cases, results, and acceptance criteria Ensure qualification documentation meets technical and certification requirements Verify completeness, correctness, and consistency of supplier qualification documents Ensure alignment with aircraft-level requirements, architecture, and design objectives Identify technical gaps and provide actionable review comments Coordinate with engineering teams and suppliers for issue resolution and closure Support qualification reviews and certification milestone activities
