Job Summary:
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst who will play a key role in protecting our technological environments. This individual will actively contribute to securing our multi-cloud and on-premise infrastructures while working closely with the Director of Cybersecurity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the security of multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) as well as on-premise infrastructure;
- Design, implement, and maintain a centralized vulnerability management program covering all IT assets (cloud and on premises);
- Participate in the monitoring, detection, and remediation of vulnerabilities and threats;
- Contribute to network security (architecture, segmentation, access controls, etc.);
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate application security best practices (DevSecOps);
- Perform risk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies;
- Participate in architecture reviews and security evaluations for new technologies, applications, and infrastructure initiatives;
- Ensure security requirements are embedded into IT and digital projects, from design to deployment;
- Collaborate closely with cloud, infrastructure, development, and digital commerce teams to integrate security best practices;
- Document security processes, standards, and architectures;
- Act as a Security Architecture Advisor to the Director of Cybersecurity.
AI Cybersecurity
- Support the secure adoption and use of AI/ML technologies within the organization;
- Identify and mitigate risks related to AI systems (data leakage, model manipulation, prompt injection, etc.);
- Contribute to the development of security guidelines and governance for AI usage;
- Assess third-party AI tools and platforms from a security and privacy perspective;
- Collaborate with teams to ensure secure integration of AI solutions into existing systems;
- Stay current on emerging threats and best practices related to AI security.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations and infrastructure;
- Experience in cloud and hybrid security (multi-cloud + on premises);
- Strong knowledge of vulnerability management tools and practices;
- Solid understanding of networking (protocols, segmentation, firewalls, etc.);
- Good understanding of software development and secure coding practices;
- Experience in security architecture (strong asset);
- Familiarity with AI/ML security concepts (emerging or practical experience);
- Ability to communicate complex concepts and influence decisions;
- Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and sense of ownership;
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required for daily communication with employees, and stakeholders, both within and outside of Quebec.
Nice to Have:
- Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CCSP, CEH, etc.);
- Experience in a DevSecOps environment;
- Exposure to AI governance or model risk management;
- Experience in cybersecurity for E-commerce platforms;
- Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.)
