PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develops a long-term roadmap for the Employee Resource Group Program and develops and implements plans to strengthen their capabilities and expand their impact on the workforce and business. Guides the development of new employee resource groups and the short and long-term plans of existing groups providing ongoing guidance and a governance framework – strategic planning, budgeting, etc. Ensures full alignment between the employee resource group program and the long-term Inclusion strategy.

Manages and coordinates global Inclusion plans, programs, events and initiatives in collaboration with Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Communications and business leaders.

Liase with the Corporate Responsibility Team to execute on opportunities to maximize the impact of Inclusion and corporate responsibility strategies including but not limited to linking to charitable giving opportunities, content development for the annual corporate citizenship report and disclosures to support ERG Ratings & Rankings.

Cultivates and manages a network of external inclusion partners to provide benchmarking, development and recognition opportunities that support our long-term Inclusion strategy and strengthen our Employee Resource Groups.

Partners within the Inclusion and culture team to collaborate with ERG leaders in the design, development and implementation of strategies, programs and policies to create healthier futures.

Strategic partner to our Employee Resource Groups. Bring structure to and manage their growth beyond the US to create healthier futures globally.
Responsible for ERG advising and management, including building out ERG global expansion across the enterprise.
- Lead efforts around Inclusion community partnership and sponsorship through ERGs
EDUCATION AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4-Year University degree required.
- 5+ years professional experience in Inclusion, human resources or a related business area where a significant component of the role involved implementing inclusion programs and initiatives.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Strong business acumen, excellent communication/influencing skills, planning/project management skills and thrive working in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Executive presence, with the ability to relate to and consult with members of all management levels within the organization.
- Strong skill set in developing and executing strategies, partnerships, with internal and external partners, stakeholders and constituents around inclusion.
- Advanced relationship management experience and consulting skills. Ability to lead, engage and build consensus across various levels of leaders in a matrixed organization through collaboration and influence.
- Experience with program and project management, PMI® – Project Management Institute certification and best practices, Six Sigma Lean®, strategic operations, strategy consulting, and leverage data to inform the ERG to BRG roadmap.
- Strong change management skills that support communicating with people leaders, and championing change.
- Previous people leadership is ideal, although not required.
- 10-20% travel will be required.
