About the role

Description

We have an immediate opening for a Dock Workers at our St. John's Newfoundland terminal.

  • Must have experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift

  • Physical Labour a requirement

Full time 10 hour shifts

  • Day Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm

  • Night Shift: Sun-Thurs or Mon-Fri 8pm-6am

What we need from you:

  • A Willingness to Work! Dependability & a Good Attitude are key

  • Reliable Transportation - must be living in the area and able to get to work

  • Previous experience operating Forklift (certification an asset)

  • Ability to use scanners, paperwork where required

  • Ability to work Safely in a fast-paced team environment

  • Attend Training sessions as required, i.e. Dangerous Goods, Forklift

  • Physically demanding, heavy lifting is a requirement

  • Warehouse conditions: possible high noise levels, warm or cold environment (dependent on weather)

  • Safety boots/shoes

  • Clean criminal background
