About the role
Role:Go Developer (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout:$30 - $90/hour
Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Go Developer to work on a contract basis to design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and APIs in the Go programming language.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize backend services using Go to improve system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and security protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and enhance system stability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Go (Golang) with at least 2 years of hands-on development experience.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of concurrency, data structures, and algorithms in Go.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker.
