Agricorp is looking for Client Services Specialist to join our IT Planning & Risk Management department in the Information Technology Services division. The Client Services Specialist is responsible for facilitating integration and alignment between the ITS division and its clients in the Agricorp divisions, by understanding, interpreting and supporting ITS work activities s to achieve Agricorp’s tactical and operational goals and objectives.

The Role
In this role, you will:
- Act as the primary liaison between ITS and business users for system changes and requests, including service requests, enhancements, issue resolution, and effort estimation.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships through knowledge of Agricorp programs and a customer-focused approach.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, business-friendly language.
- Collaborate effectively across teams to support shared goals and outcomes.
- Develop and deliver ITS team and enterprise-wide reporting on behalf of ITS, to be shared with internal stakeholders.
- Create clear and engaging communications using tools such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, email, and occasional video.
- Apply initiative and creativity to improve reporting, communication, and processes.
- Conduct research and analysis to support current and future ITS initiatives.
- Take ownership of ambiguous tasks by developing initial recommendations and adapting as priorities evolve.
- Support and drive change initiatives, embracing and promoting continuous improvement.
Job status: Permanent (posting for an existing or upcoming vacancy)
Salary: $70,757 - $83,243
Work status: Full time in office
Location: Guelph, Ontario
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree Business, Commerce, Agri-industry; along with diploma or additional training in general I.T. principles, practices and methods, or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years in a business analyst or an I.T. business partner type role – consulting with Operations of a financial services or agri-industry an asset
- Training in Project Management methodology an asset
- Training/knowledge of business analysis methodologies/standard industry practices an asset
