Key Responsibilities

Lead the month-end close process, including:
-
Financial statement preparation
-
Balance sheet reconciliations
-
Review of daily income journals
-
Invoice review and preparation of check runs
-
Payment of all applicable taxes
-
Recording transactions on NetSuite
-
Handling various owner and property requests as needed

Requirements
- Diploma or degree in accounting
- Experience with financial statement preparation
- Multi-property accounting experience
- Strong judgment, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage financials effectively and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
Preferred:
- 1–2 years of professional accounting experience
- Hotel industry experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of accounting software or applications
