You have a post-secondary degree or diploma in an appropriate field like Information Technology or Computer Science

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced mid-size to enterprise environments, including:

Microsoft 365 core services such as Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and OneDrive
-
Advanced PowerShell skills for automating tasks, generating reports, and managing configurations across Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
-
Extensive experience managing hybrid identity environments using Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and Entra Connect, conditional access, and identity lifecycle management
-
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, including the creation of retention and sensitivity labels, policy configuration, and compliance reporting to support data governance and regulatory requirements
-
Deep understanding of Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Defender for Cloud Apps, including configuration of custom threat protection policies for high-risk users, real-time session control, and app discovery to identify and manage shadow IT
-
Proven experience enabling secure external collaboration using Entra ID External Identities (B2B), including guest access governance, cross-tenant access settings, and integration with Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
What You Bring To The Table
- Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API for advanced automation and integration
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, OSFI, etc)
- Experience with implementing Privilege Access Management solutions
