RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to understand submission requirements, and maintain company databases and confidentiality requirements
  • Coordinating with subject matter experts, discipline leads, managers, and others to integrate technical content and proposal materials.
  • Develop proposal schedules and ensure deadlines are met. Draft and edit proposal content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand standards, proposal requirements, and company messaging. Ensure proposals are reviewed and approved prior to submittal.
  • Integrate technical and marketing information into cohesive narratives.
  • Proofread for grammar, formatting, and compliance.
  • Occasionally assist with marketing materials, presentations, or client communications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4 to 6 years working as a proposal coordinator in similar field
  • Degree in related field (Business, Marketing, Communications, English, etc.)
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent expediting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office and Adobe skills
  • Excellent time management skills; ability to meet tight deadlines and schedules
  • High attention to detail, critical and analytical thinking, problem solving
  • Team player, willing to take on new challenges
  • Able to work independently
