About the role
Bellwoods Brewery is looking for a skilled Inside Sales Coordinator to join our wholesale team. This is a Toronto-based role. The applicant for this role will be responsible for coordinating our order desk for LCBO, grocery, and on-premise customers across the province.
Our ideal candidate has experience providing sales support in beverage manufacturing and/or CPG sales focused in administration. It’s equally important to work well in a team, be a respectful communicator, and be enthusiastic about the creative aspects that go into selling and producing the beer/non-alcs we make.
Responsibilities
Process incoming orders from wholesale channels to meet daily order submission deadlines Build daily delivery routes for the internal logistics team Coordinate with the Inside Sales Lead to manage inventory effectively between internal and external warehouses Communicate with external customers, supporting the territory sales team by identifying leads and opportunities and moving customers along the sales pipeline Maintain availability on the wholesale order portal, including new account onboarding Assist with reconciling account records including POD’s, credit memos, and invoicing
Qualifications
2-4 years experience in an administrative, sales or logistics role in a craft beverage manufacturing, hospitality, or CPG environment Previous experience working in a production brewery or beverage alcohol distribution is considered an asset Thrives in collaborative team environments with a shared drive to hit ambitious targets Highly organized, detail-oriented and analytical Ability to build and implement internal sales systems Excellent communication skills Proficiency preferred in Google Workspace, Shopify, Quickbooks, and Digthisdata or similar platforms

Compensation: $52,500-$60,000
