About the role

Description

Job Type: full time position and 100% in-office at our Vancouver, WA location. The schedule is Mon-Fri 7am-8pm, rotating Sat & Sun 8am-4pm.

Salary: $19.50 per hour

About The Company

Mindful Therapy Group is a company dedicated to empowering therapists, psychologists and nurse practitioners to dive into private practice, without doing all of the leg work that comes with it. We provide high-quality billing, marketing, and administrative services to independent mental health care providers. Since opening in 2011, we have partnered with over 2,300 providers throughout our 20+ locations, and we are continuing to grow!

About The Role

This role is responsible for providing great customer service by completing the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep business running smoothly. Motivated and talented employees will be provided leadership training and advancement opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service over the phone, in person, and via email

Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients Managing the front desk by helping clients prepare for their visits Scheduling client appointments Supporting mental health providers with administrative requests Client insurance benefits verification
