We are looking for Team Leads in Ottawa.
Team Leaders coordinate and oversee the work of their crew of Traffic Technicians and Crash Truck Drivers on freeway and non-freeway jobs, events, and other road closures and flagging services.
As a Team Lead, you will have theopportunity to build a careerin Traffic Services. Our Team Leads have grown into other roles including Training, Supervision, Operations Management, Administration, Project Coordination, Scheduling, Estimating, and Sales; we also share opportunities to apply for positions with other businesses under the Ramudden umbrella!

You have:
-
Some leadership or team lead experience
-
Traffic control experience is required
-
Full G license and a clean driver’s abstract
-
Ability to work both days and nights (shift assignment will change with notice)
-
Availability to work every other weekend to service our amazing customers
-
Ability to regularly perform light to heavy lifting and consistently following our safe lifting protocols
-
Computer literacy – we’ll train you on how to use our digital tools
-
Solid communication skills – speaking, listening, reading, and writing
-
Green patch 8” work boots lace-up safety boots
-
A great attitude and willingness to learn and grow
