About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA and Testing Analyst with hands-on experience in qTest and Tosca Tricentis tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test automation frameworks, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with developers, business subject matter experts, and leadership to ensure our applications meet high standards of reliability and performance. You will also be responsible for the administration and optimization of our testing tools.

This is a hybrid role that requires flexibility to work from different office locations as needed.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Collaborate & coordinate with stakeholders to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and automation frameworks Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive issues to resolution using qTest and Jira Maintain best practices around quality assurance processes and usage of the testing tools Training teams on how to create test scripts and maintain them in qTest Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of experience in test automation and quality assurance Hands-on experience with qTest for test management or Tosca Tricentis for test automation Proficiency in test automation frameworks and best practices Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
AI Experience or knowledge of AI in Quality Intelligence and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
