About the role

Position Overview Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic Marketing Operations team. This critical role will have hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM , Pardot , and a strong ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate across multiple teams to optimize marketing performance and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities

Performance Management** : Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies across regions (North America, EU, APAC), providing actionable insights to enhance campaign performance and ROI.

Data Analysis : Analyze Marketing data identify wins, roadblocks, and churn. Deliver feedback to Marketing and Demand Generation teams and recommend process improvements.

Reporting & Visualization :

  • Design and maintain dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI for both team-level and executive-level consumption.
  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports for marketing teams, executive leadership, and other stakeholders using Salesforce and other data sources translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Collaborate closely with Demand Generation and Product Marketing Teams to drive marketing attribution and campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align strategies and ensure data-driven decision-making across global markets.

CRM & Automation Tools : Leverage Salesforce CRM and Pardot to track campaign performance, manage lead lifecycles, email reviews and support marketing automation initiatives.

Web Analytics : Use Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics, and integrate findings into broader marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Pardot is a must. Salesforce certification is a plus.
  • Strong experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics and web performance metrics.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with marketing automation and email review in Pardot would be bonus.
  • Experience with SQL or other data querying languages.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and KPIs.
